I have been involved in the Fire Protection Industry for over 25 years, and still carry the same passion for these critical life safety systems as I did way back then.
Throughout my career I have been lucky enough to be involved in some fantastic projects, as a designer, project manager, installation engineer and also as a lead consultant for one of the worlds largest building services consultancies.
We recognised the need for professional, honest, quality service delivery to the industry and here at ResiCom we constantly strive to provide this. From our front line staff, to the behind the scenes support who work tirelessly to ensure we deliver, first time, every time.
It is our firm belief and professional ethos that people like to deal with people, not organisations, that it's important to build relationships with customers and clients, and most importantly, ensure they trust us to deliver the best solution for them at all times.
Here are ResiCom, client and customer care is the cornerstone of our organisation.
We are not here to simply sell you a service, We want to work with you, not just for you, by offering support, advice and guidance aligned with your business and operational requirements through a mutually beneficial partnership.
Thank you.
Hi, I'm Sam.
Originally, a qualified furniture maker working for one of the UK's leading high end, bespoke manufacturers.
Whilst learning and developing my craft within the Fire Protection industry, the quality of process and final output are part of my core DNA that I have instilled in everything we at ResiCom produce.

Hi, I'm Sharon.
As tenant liaison officer, my role is to ensure peace of mind for all our customers and property managers. As a dedicated, experienced and qualified social worker, I understand the thought of allowing our dedicated team entering your home to install these vital life safety systems may make you feel nervous or even vulnerable. Part of my role is to visit you prior to the installation team and discuss your concerns, or simply answer any questions you may have. I can even arrange to be present during the installation works if required.
